Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the United States.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your new eyewear! If you need to make a return, here’s what you need to know:

• Returns:

• We accept returns for store credit only.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

If you’d like to initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@eyewigs.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Quality Control:

Every pair of EyeWigs eyewear goes through a meticulous quality control process before being shipped to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition.

Custom-Made Frames:

Please note that all of our frames are custom-made. Due to the nature of this craftsmanship, some slight variations in the acetate may occur, especially with materials like tortoiseshell. These subtle differences make each frame unique.

Please note that our eyewear frames are designed to hold prescription lenses, but they do not come with prescription lenses pre-installed. If you would like to add your prescription to your EyeWigs frames, simply take them to your nearest optometrist or eyewear provider. They will be able to fit your custom prescription lenses into the frames, ensuring your glasses are as functional as they are stylish.
